Gahkuen Link - Characters

This post delves more into the process of making the character models for Gahkuen Link. Each character had their own challenge.
For the first character Coal, the challenge was researching and adapting the 3D anime style with painted textures and cell-shaded material. For the second character Crane, the challenge was to make the character as quickly as possible due to the project's scope. Even though, it was only my second time going through the character creation process again, I do think I went through it a lot quicker because of earlier done style research and using a VRoid model as a base. This gave me enough time to add extra features I wanted the dynamic bones and glowing hair.
